Train Outside with RunMac!
MacCycle was born in the dark, dreary days of January -- a time when exercising inside was a must. But now that the days are longer and the weather is improving (sort of!) it's time to hit the pavement!
Last week we told you about CycleOutside outdoor training rides. This week, we're introducing RunMac!
RunMac is a great way to increase your speed, power, and endurance by joining us on outdoor group runs that are paired with speed and fundamental drills. These exercise sessions are perfect for those in training or anyone eager to improve on their personal best.
Lace up your shoes and join us! RunMac starts NEXT week, March 28th!:
Tuesdays 5:30-6:15AM
Wednesdays 6:30-7:15PM
Thursdays 5:30-6:15AM
Saturday 8:00-8:45AM
