CycleMac:  A 45 minute indoor cycling experience with cardio pumping music, weights and core exercise. The best full body workout that you’ve ever had!

CycleBands:  A 50 minute indoor cycle workout that utilizes resistance bands secured to a track above each bike. This class will tone your abs, arms, back and chest while burning major calories.

CycleFit:  Cross training at its best! Led by a certified Crossfit trainer, this 60 minutes of indoor cycling combined with circuit, strength, and agility training will be sure to leave you feeling fit!

CycleOutside: Group rides for beginner and advanced outdoor cyclists. Rides are led by experienced instructors who will tailor the terrain for the group.

RunMac: Increase your speed, power, and endurance with outdoor group runs that are paired with speed and fundamental drills! Perfect for those in training or anyone eager to improve on their personal best.
